Certification ProgramsINTERACTIONS® offers two- to five-day certification programs. Certification is designed for those implementing INTERACTIONS® Organizational Enhancement Tools™ or Process™ within their own organization and for Affiliates. Select from two tracks:
If you want to implement a specific Tool rather than our entire Organizational Enhancement Process™, select Track 1. You can add to your toolkit at any time along your learning path. See our Training Calendar, Track 1, for session dates for each Tool. To become an Organizational Enhancement Process™ Consultant, select Track 2, which requires study in four modules. On completion of each, you can begin implementing the specific process steps. The modules are designed to maximize learning and do not follow the exact order of the entire Process when fully implemented by organizations. For example, our approach to accountability at organizational, work unit and positional levels is included in one module, as is our approach to competency profiling, assessment and development. This grouping allows you to better understand how to implement the Process from beginning to end. On completion of the last module (“Bringing it all together…”), you can fully implement INTERACTIONS® Organizational Enhancement Process™ and Tools. Whether you are internal to your organization or an Affiliate, our Certification Programs provide all you need for successful implementations, immediately following training completion. Our Facilitator Guides and additional implementation and training aids provide a wealth of knowledge, or take advantage of our ongoing process and technical support services. Clients who opt to certify staff within their own organization realize significant cost savings compared to hiring external help. Benefits also include in-house knowledge that assists in long-term implementations. Copies of the Tools are included in the program fees.
