In this five-day workshop, learn how to facilitate and implement INTERACTIONS® performance management processes and Tools, including Phase 1 of INTERACTIONS® Organizational Enhancement Process, the Position Description Planner and the Performance Planning Portfolio.
This certification program focuses on organizational, work unit and positional areas of accountability. Once certified:
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide coaching services related to the Performance Planning Portfolio.
Serve as a consultant to help organizations to:
- Set strategic direction.
- Determine/validate organizational designs.
- Establish organizational and work unit accountability frameworks.
- Map key processes/workflows.
- Create Accountability-Centered Position Descriptions.
