This certification program focuses on organizational, work unit and positional areas of accountability. Once certified:

  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide coaching services related to the Performance Planning Portfolio™.

Serve as a consultant to help organizations to:

  • Establish organizational and work unit accountability frameworks.
  • Map key processes/workflows.

Competency Profiling, Assessment and Development

This certification program focuses on the Professional Enhancement Planner™ - Profiling, Enterprise and Self-Directed Editions. Once certified:

  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide coaching services related to the Professional Enhancement Planner™ - Self-Directed Edition.

Serve as a consultant to help organizations to:

  • Establish organizational, work unit and positional competency/skill profiles.
  • Create and implement competency/skill profiling surveys.
  • Design and implement competency/skill self-assessment and multi-rater (360°) feedback surveys.
  • Identify training needs for individuals, work units/departments and the overall organization.

  • Determine human resource requirements.
  • Align positional areas of accountability and competency.
  • Develop a Human Resource Strategy.
