Organizational Enhancement Tools™ - CertificationIndividuals from within your organization can be certified in any of our Organizational Enhancement Tools™. Certification will enhance your implementation strategy but is not a requirement for successful implementation of the Tools. |

Organizational Enhancement Process™ - Consulting ServicesSeek the assistance of a certified OEP™ consultant external to your organization to help you implement part or all of the Process. Consultants will work with you to customize and determine which Process steps and tools would best meet your needs. |

Organizational Enhancement Process™ - CertificationIndividuals from within your organization can be certified in the Organizational Enhancement Process™ (OEP™) so that you can independently implement the Process. Our certification program includes training in all phases of the OEP™ and on the tools that support the Process. |

Customized Training and CertificationFor more specialized service, INTERACTIONS® can customize a certification program specific to your organization where those being certified from your organization are the only participants. This option allows participants to create customized strategies and action plans that reflect the specific needs of your organization. |
