Organizational Enhancement Tools™ - Training Opportunities

INTERACTIONS® Organizational Enhancement Tools™ have been designed so that your organization can independently implement and manage them. However, if you would like assistance, seek the services of a certified Affiliate who can provide end user training for those within your organization using the tools.

 

 

Organizational Enhancement Tools™ - Certification

Individuals from within your organization can be certified in any of our Organizational Enhancement Tools™. Certification will enhance your implementation strategy but is not a requirement for successful implementation of the Tools.

 

 

Organizational Enhancement Process™ - Consulting Services

Seek the assistance of a certified OEP™ consultant external to your organization to help you implement part or all of the Process. Consultants will work with you to customize and determine which Process steps and tools would best meet your needs.

 

 

Organizational Enhancement Process™ - Certification

Individuals from within your organization can be certified in the Organizational Enhancement Process™ (OEP™) so that you can independently implement the Process. Our certification program includes training in all phases of the OEP™ and on the tools that support the Process.

 

 

Customized Training and Certification

For more specialized service, INTERACTIONS® can customize a certification program specific to your organization where those being certified from your organization are the only participants. This option allows participants to create customized strategies and action plans that reflect the specific needs of your organization.

 

 


Note: Certification is offered through INTERACTIONS® exclusively. Affiliates or certified OEP™ Consultants are not authorized to conduct certification sessions.
