Assessment

Team members complete a survey, rating factors related to team strength and effectiveness. The survey:

Is comprised of 40 targeted behavioural-based statements
Utilizes a four-point rating scale
Can be completed via diskette or over your network
Is confidentially maintained through password protection

Survey statements focus on the following critical elements of high-performance teams: Mission, Goals, Roles, Procedures, Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Satisfaction and Effectiveness.

Analysis

When the surveys are complete, the Team Enhancement Planner™ generates a report summarizing and analyzing survey responses. Reports:

Are easy to read, displaying averages and score distribution
Can be generated in minutes
Include interpretive statements that identify the team's development needs
Include professional diagnostics that guide team members to high performance and self-direction
