Assessment

Team members complete a survey, rating factors related to team strength and effectiveness. The survey:

  • Is comprised of 40 targeted behavioural-based statements
  • Utilizes a four-point rating scale
  • Can be completed via diskette or over your network
  • Is confidentially maintained through password protection

Survey statements focus on the following critical elements of high-performance teams: Mission, Goals, Roles, Procedures, Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Satisfaction and Effectiveness.

Analysis

When the surveys are complete, the Team Enhancement Planner™ generates a report summarizing and analyzing survey responses. Reports:

  • Are easy to read, displaying averages and score distribution
  • Can be generated in minutes
