Interview and Selection Program©

Create customized Interview Guides specific to the position that you want to fill using the Professional Recruitment Planner™ Interview and Selection Program©:

Create Position Profiles

Create and maintain any number of Position Profiles based on the competencies/skills and behaviors necessary to meet positional requirements. The behavioral-based interview questions included in the Professional Recruitment Planner™: A Practical Guide to Recruitment and Selection are pre-loaded into the Program©. Add, edit and delete additional competencies/skills along with behaviors or behavioral indicators and questions specific to your organization. Any number of Position Profiles and Interview Guides can be created using the Program©.

Prepare Interview Guides

Create Interview Guides that reflect the requirements of a specific job competition or posting. Select any number of questions from within a Position Profile for each of the competencies/skills that you want to focus on during the interviews. Customize the scale to be used to rate candidates and any instructions for those serving as interviewers.

Create both automated and paper versions of the Interview Guides for each candidate. Lists of candidates, organized according to job competitions, are maintained within the Program©.

Analyze Interview Results

Once the interviews are complete, you can enter the ratings for each candidate to generate both Individual and Group Reports indicating the scores given by the interviewers. These reports provide valuable information to be used during the debriefing session. Although the scores are not intended to be the only criteria used to make hire and no-hire decisions, they serve as excellent templates for discussion.
